Kylie, who just recently gave birth to a baby boy previously opened up about ‘snapping back’ and dropping 40 lbs. The beauty mogul says she gained around 60 lbs during her pregnancy. “Down 40lbs (prayer hands emoji) just trying to be healthy and patient,” she wrote over a clip of her walking on a treadmill. “walking/pilates is my favorite combo.”
She also shares that postpartum has not “been easy.” She in fact says it’s been very hard. “This experience for me, personally, has been a little harder than with my daughter. But I’m here, and I’m feeling better,” she added. “So, you’ve got this.” She assure other moms, “It’s OK not to be OK. We have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be back, not just physically, mentally after birth,” she added. “Just sending some love.”
