Real homies do real things!
Over the years, the relationship between the Carters, Jay-Z and Lil’ Wayne have only gotten stronger. At one time there were rumors of Weezy signing with Roc Nation, in the midst of his rift with Birdman and Cash Money Records.
Their relationship seems to be more of mentor and mentee these days, and during a recent show that aired live on TIDAL, the rapper revealed how Hova helped save him from some tax issues.
“There’s people like JAY-Z, he held me when I was really really down,” he said. “Jay don’t want me to tell nobody, that man helped me with my taxes.”
