Lil Yachty could be facing some legal trouble.
The rapper is reportedly being sued by a fan who claims he was jumped by the rapper and his crew. Jimmy Quivac, the fan, claims that he was walking through the crowd at Rolling Loud last December when he accidentally bumped into Yachty and his group.
Quivac claims that Yachty punched him after being bumped and that the others jumped also jumped in. According to Quivac’s lawsuit, he allegedly suffered injuries to his arm, wrist, and hand. Quivac is suing the rapper for battery, assault, and emotional distress.
TMZ reports Lil Yachty’s side of what happened, where he said that Quivac pushed him and that led to their confrontation. He also claims that they were looking to fight just an explanation of why he was pushed.
