Summer Jam Festival Stage artist Lil Yachty has addressed his ‘Peek-A-Boo’ mess up… and still messed up!
The rapper says a mind-boggling line that enticed fans to criticize him once again; “My new bitch yellow/She blow that dick like a cello.”
Everyone knows that Cello’s are a part of the STRING family therefore it cannot be blown.
In a breakdown of his lyrics with GENIUS, Lil Boat stopped to clear the air and referred to the character Squidward playing the flute, when in fact he played a clarinet.
“I’ma blame my A&R. Because he listened to that song many times and he allowed me to say that..I guess for a second, I thought a cello was a woodwind instrument and it is not. And nobody ever said shit. Nobody ever pulled up a pic and said, ‘Hey man. I don’t know if you know what this is, but it ain’t that.’ I fucked up. I thought Squidward played the cello. He don’t. That’s a flute.”
Yachty then took to Twitter to clarify AGAIN!
