Megan Thee Stallion isn’t letting this shooting situation define her, she’s “unbreakable!”
Although she admitted that it traumatized her, she plans on bouncing back and coming out stronger than ever. Hot girl Meg gave her first interview with Variety since the shooting that happened in July and is on the cover of the 2020 Power Of Young Hollywood issue.
She told the publication that she doesn’t want to go into detail about Tory Lanez, but this incident won’t hold her back. She said,
“I’m not the type of person who can stay down for a long time. I don’t like to be sad or keep myself in a dark place, because I know it could be the worst thing happening, but the pain and the bad things don’t last for long.”
During the interview, Meg also spoke about the importance of empowering women. She wants to show ladies that you can be about your business/education, and still have fun.
“It’s so important for women to feel inspired to achieve goals outside of social media, where the focus is usually placed on their bodies or who they’re dating at the time. Women are more than just baby mamas, and we can continue to prove that by being goal-oriented, bettering ourselves, and being independent. Megan is the perfect example that we can have fun and be smart at the same time.”
Blogs have been posting Megan’s cover photo and one online user had a rude comment to say to Meg. Under a post about Megan’s Variety cover, a social media user asked Megan, “how’s that foot looking?” Megan replied, “better b*tch thanks for asking.” Take a look:
Glad to see Megan getting back to normal. She has a single with Cardi dropping Friday (August 7) called “WAP.”
