It looks like Takeoff has a serious allegation against him!
TMZ reports a woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims Migos member Takeoff raped her in June at a party in Lost Angeles. According to legal documents obtained by the publication, the Jane Doe alleges that Takeoff made her feel “uncomfortable” while they were at a party. She says he kept staring at her and offered her some weed but she declined.
She says the alleged incident happened when she went upstairs with the man who invited her to the party, Takeoff was coming down the stairs and ended up getting into an argument with the man the Jane Doe was with. She claims she hid in a room nearby but Takeoff found his way in there and starting touching her buttocks. She said she made it clear that she wasn’t interested but Takeoff allegedly “flipped her over face down” and raped her.
The woman says Takeoff left immediately after. She went to a local hospital and says that the nurses witnessed her physical evidence of forceful rape and they notified LAPD. The Jane Doe is suing for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress, and more and wants damages.
Takeoff hasn’t addressed the situation publicly. However, the last post on his Instagram, which was posted in July says “Don’t believe the hype…”
