How High 2 will certainly not be what we thought it was going to be.
Last year, we learned that MTV gave the green light to a sequal to 2001’s cult film How High, but many were disappointed to learn that Method Man and Redman will no be appearing in the film.
The duo declined after it was learned that they would only make appearances in the movie and not star as they did 18 years ago. Unlike his collegues, according to Deadline comedian Mike Epps will reprise his role as Baby Powder in the new film.
He will join a cast that currently starts Lil Yachty, DeRay Davis, and D.C. Young Fly. Other confirmed appearances include Lil Baby, Blac Youngsta, Justine Skye, Alyssa Goss, and Mary Lynn Rajskub.
It is scheduled to premiere April 20.
