As reported on Hot New Hip Hop, a judge is considering granting the rapper permission to serve house arrest in Utah. If the judge says yes, then NBA will be able to be out of prison.

Prosecutors question if releasing the rapper is the right move, pointing out he got into a

n jail. However, NBA’s defense team proposed a plan that included him moving to

with an adoptive family.
