NBA YoungBoy Released From Jail!

NBA Youngboy got caught up in a situation. 

The rapper was arrested in Baton Rouge for having a firearm during a video shoot. Reported on XXL, Youngboy, along with 16 others, are facing drug and firearms charges.

YoungBoy is looking at three drug charges, possession of schedule 1 drugs, distribution/manufacturing of schedule 2 drug, and distribution/manufacturing of schedule 4 drug. It’s not clear what drugs the court documents are referring to. The article reports schedule 1 drugs are drugs that are not currently accepted for medical use such as heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana, and ecstasy. Schedule 2 drugs typically have a high potential for abuse that can potentially lead to psychological or physical dependence. Examples include Vicodin, cocaine, methamphetamine, methadone, hydromorphone meperidine, oxycodone, fentanyl, and more. Schedule 4 drugs are on the lower scale for abuse and dependency which include Xanax, Soma, Darvon, Darvocet, Valium, Ativan, Talwin, Ambien, and Tramadol.
