Nene Leakes is reportedly being sued by her current boyfriend’s wife.

According to TMZ, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh claims that Nene hooked up with her husband, Nyonisela Sioh, while they were still together.

Malomine says that when Nene first went public with Nyonisela – she posted pictures with him, which in turn humiliated Malomine. She claims she suffered “emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection.” Malomine’s home state, North Carolina is one of 7 states where you can sue your spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection.

Nene Leakes has been making headlines lately as the former Housewife is suing The Real Housewives of Atlanta for a toxic workplace. In documents obtained by TMZ, Nene claims that the team behind the hit show ignored her complaints about years of racist remarks from fellow cast member Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

NeNe is suing NBCUniversal, Bravo, True Entertainment, Truly Original and Andy Cohen  claiming they “fostered a corporate and workplace culture where racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior is tolerated, if not, encouraged.”
