New Journey: Teyana Taylor Has Directed 3 Of Her Own Music Videos- Increasing Her Streams [VIDEO]

Singer Teyana Taylor has let the world in on her most recent talent. Aside from singing, dancing, and acting- Taylor has more to add to her resume. The G.O.O.D Music signee has self directed 3 of her own music videos- and she doesn’t plan on stopping. The singer is calling herself “Spike Tee,” paying homage to the Oscar award-winning director, Spike Lee.

Teyana has directed 3 singles off her album K.T.S.E, “WTP,” “Gonna Love Me (Wu-Mix)” as well as her latest video, “Issues/Hold on.” The Harlem native created her own female-led production company, calling it “The Aunties Production.”

Since the release of her latest video, Issues/Hold On– Teyana’s streams have increased in a major way. The video is 70’s themed, where A$AP Rocky plays Teyana’s love interest. The video features star-stubbed cameos from Lori Harvey, A$AP Ferg, Tyler The Creator and more.

Aside from her own music, the singer has also directed videos for other artist such as Lil Duval and Ty Dolla $ign.
