Obie Trice will be heading to jail. 

The rapper has been sentenced to serve 90 days in jail for possession of an illegal firearm after a shooting that took place last December. 

Trice, who was sentenced on July 8th,  pled guilty to the gun charge last month that carries a three-month sentence and a $100 fine. He was originally charged in February after the shooting, in which his girlfriend’s 18-year-old son was shot in the groin. 

There is currently no word on when Trice will begin to carry out his sentence.
