Things just went from bad to worst for Tekashi 6ix9ine. It was recently reported that the “Gummo” rapper will be re-sentenced to time served for posting the sex video online that involves an underage girl.
According to Page Six, Tekashi, who’s real name is Daniel Hernandez, was not present in the room along with his lawyer, the prosecutors, and Justice Felicia Mennin while this closed-door conference was taking place.
6ix9ine is currently being held without bond in federal custody after he was indicted on racketeering and firearm charges earlier this month.
