Earlier this week a big debate hit the internet.
A heated debate that asked the social media world who was the better artists. Is it Nelly or Drake? The debate got a little crazy with a lot of people putting some passion in the words.
Nelly decided to put himself into the debate and give his take into who he believed was better.
During an interview with USA Today, he addressed the debate.
“It’s not me against him. Drake is a dope artist and a cool dude,” he said. “Drake has shown me a lot of love.”
Not the answer everyone was looking for. He continued.
“People compare, that’s what we do. To me, there’s room for everybody and everybody takes piece of everybody [musically]. I don’t think it’s a bad thing.”
