It looks like Chris Brown has to say goodbye to his pet monkey.
On Wednesday, (December 4th), a judge ordered that Brown has to give up all of his rights to the pet monkey. In order to make sure that all of the charges are dropped against him, Brown must also pay for the care of the monkey and he is not allowed to buy another one.
The ‘Run It’ singer was granted permission to enter a diversion program almost a year after being hit with two misdemeanors over the possession of monkey without a permit. Now he has to pay $35,000 to place the monkey is currently being housed.
If Brown meets these terms and conditions all of his charges will be dropped.
