A former employee of Joe Budden is speaking out against him.

As reported on The Jasmine Brand, former co-host on, See, The Thing Is, Olivia Dope made serious accusations about Joe. Olivia claims he allegedly made several comments attempting to have sex with her. The remarks seemingly made Olivia uncomfortable on multiple occasions.

In one instance, Olivia claims a recent show recording had to be edited because Joe said he wanted to f*** her. She said, “At 14:34, there’s an edit in the recording because Joe says [he] and I should speak more because ‘He’s been wanting to f*** me since we met.’ Everyone in the studio, including production staff, laughed uncomfortably while one of my co-hosts confirmed that to be true.”

She spoke on another similar situation, where Joe allegedly made a sexual advance. Olivia said the 19:26 mark of an episode had to get cut out.

“Another edit happened because Joe makes another suggestion to having sex with me… That scene is edited out and what is shown right after that is me closing my eyes saying ‘No’, and then he says ‘Never mind.’”

Olivia spoke on another time where Joe allegedly called her a b****. Olivia said, “At 21:30, Joe tells me to ‘Hit a button b****’ because I didn’t hit a sound effect fast enough. At 24:54, Joe makes a comment that I’m throwing my singleness in his face, and he thought we were going to be a network power couple. Once again, I’m trying to laugh all of this off as it’s transpiring. I reply.” She continues,

“I say, ‘Sorry Joe, we’re not.” At 25:42, I make a comment about relationships in general with the conversation; Joe retorts that [the] shirt that I’m wearing isn’t buttoned like I’m single. I pause, cover my chest with my hand, and try to brush it off once again…”

In another instance, Olivia claims Joe gave her an inappropriate hug after making an inappropriate comment about wanting to have sex.

Olivia also claims Joe commented on how she dresses. She said she felt humiliated and objectified.

Olivia addressed an online critic who asked why she would work for Joe, knowing his reputation. She replied, “If you’re going to work, and [you intend] to just go in and do your job, it should be just that – no matter who’s there… At no time should anybody feel comfortable enough to say anything of that nature to you.”

Joe hasn’t spoken out yet. Take a look at a screen-grab, captured by the Gossip Of The City blog:
