Pooh Shiesty is dealing with a serious legal situation. He pleaded guilty today (January 4) to one firearms conspiracy charge in the latest report. Initially, he was facing life and pleaded not guilty, but Rolling Stone reports that he avoids the life sentence with the new plea.Shiesty is in prison for an alleged 2020 shooting for allegedly shooting a man in the buttocks at a Florida hotel. His change in his plea resulted in prosecutors dropping three other charges.RS also points out, “Magistrate Judge Lauren Fleischer Louis accepted the new plea after cautioning that the jointly recommended sentence of 97 months outlined in the non-binding deal was not guaranteed at Shiesty’s future sentencing hearing before Chief Judge K. Michael Moore.”In February 2020, Pooh Shiesty dropped his debut mixtape Shiesty Season. It featured his mega Lil Durk collaboration “Back in Blood.” Last month, Pooh delivered some bars from jail, “Federal Contraband (Freestyle).” It trended on YouTube and racked up over 1.2 million views.
