We are sending prayers to R&B singer August Alsina after he loses his ability to walk.
On Monday (July 8th) Alsina took to his Instagram to update fans on his severe autoimmune disease. He had a health scare and was rushed to the hospital. He explained to fans that he woke up and was unable to walk. He was then admitted into the hospital.
As scary as this may be, Alsina is keeping his positivity. “Hiiii guys!! It’s me, being my most awesome, weirdly great self. As you can probably tell I’m in the hospital. So, here’s the stitch. I woke up one day and wasn’t able to walk. I couldn’t feel my legs and my doctor ended up admitting me into the hospital.” He says in a video posted to his Instagram.
He continues, “We’re doing a bunch of tests and they’re saying I have some nerve damage going on throughout my body,” August explains. “It’s like my immune system went on vacation. So, I’m just waiting on it to come back and we can get together and it can do what it do, man.”
