Social media is calling for celebrities and public figures to speak up and speak out about police brutality happening towards Black people. Including Kendrick Lamar.
Although Kendrick Lamar has spoke on political, racial, and social issues in his music, since the start of his career- fans are expecting him to speak out publicly about the senseless killing of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and many other Black people as as result of racism.
Rapper IDK took to Twitter to defend Kendrick Lamar. He suggest that although Kendrick isn’t vocal on social media, that doesn’t mean he isn’t doing his part behind the scenes.
