Disturbing images of Famous Dex surfaced on the Internet. In the photos, Dex didn’t look healthy and appeared to be using some sort of substance but it’s not clear.

Famous Dex finally decided to check into rehab. He shared the news on social media. Rich the Kid was by his side and shared encouraging words. Rich said that he was proud of Dex and that he would be home soon. Take a look:
