Diddy’s ex, mother of four, model, actress Kim Porter has passed away at age 47.
According to TMZ, Porter was suffering from Pneumonia for weeks on end, however her cause of death has yet to be determined and released to the public. Porter was found in her home around 12 noon, and according to the emergency dispatch audio, she was in cardiac arrest.
Our hearts go out to Kim Porter’s family, friends, and fans.
