No. It’s not Rita Ora.

Ever since, Beyonce shouted out “Becky with the good hair” on her 2016 hit “Sorry,” fans have been trying to solve the mystery on who the lyrics were really about.

In a brand new interview with The Sunday Times, she spoke out on the rumors, “all I want to say to that is, dude, if I were Becky with the good hair, wouldn’t I actually have to have good hair? Look at it. It’s all weave and extensions.”

The singer had signed with Roc Nation in 2008, before leaving in 2016 following a lawsuit. Ora spoke about her experience with the label, before honestly saying she felt she was discriminated against due to her gender.

“I want to find the right word here, and maybe this is my interpretation, but I do feel I got discriminated against because I was a woman,” she said. “I almost felt – maybe this is just my interpretation – I could have had a better chance if I’d been male.”

Ora released one album under the label in 2012 titled Ora.
