Shocking Video Shows Henry Ruggs III Emotionally Sitting On The Curb Moments After Fatal Car Crash

Former Raiders wide receiver, Henry Ruggs III, was captured on video moments before his DUI car charger that cost a woman her life.

Ruggs was charged after a woman and her dog were killed after he crashed his Corvette into the back of her Toyota. Tina Tintor was just 23-years-old. Reports claim Ruggs was under the influence, and driving 156 MPH. He was released from the Raiders team following the incident,

In new footage obtained by TMZ, the Toyota that Tina Tintor was driving can be seen engulfed in flames, while Henry sat feet away from the car on the ground. His girlfriend Kiara Washington embraced him, as she screamed and begged for help. In the clip, Kiara could be heard saying, “Okay. Okay. Okay. Here. I’m sorry.”

As authorities arrived at the scene, Kiara is heard yelling for help. “Can we get help?!? Can you please help him!?! He is knocked unconscious,” she said. A witness at the scene identified Henry to authorities by saying “he plays for the Raiders.”
