Social media found out Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris dated TV host Montel Williams back in the early 2000s.
This is why Montel’s name was trending. A picture of him and Kamala from an event at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, California floated around the Internet. Around this time, Kamala worked at the San Francisco City Attorney’s office, The Jasmine Brand reports.
Montel confirmed the news last year, he said,
“@KamalaHarris and I briefly dated about 20 years ago when we were both single. So what? I have great respect for Sen. Harris. I have to wonder if the same stories about her dating history would have been written if she were a male candidate?”
