It’s not looking too good for Stacey Dash.
We covered the story, the Clueless actress was arrested Sunday (Sept. 29) after getting into a domestic dispute with her husband, Jeffrey Marty. She allegedly put her hands on him after she got into a fight with her stepdaughter.
Dash claims she acted in self-defense.
Today (Oct. 2nd), she submitted a plea of not guilty according to Daily Mail. The article also reports,
“She is also demanding a jury trial, three days after she was heard on a 911 call saying that her husband and his children were conspiring against her.”
In 2016, she said that “Black History Month should be abolished.” The actress is half Mexican-American and African-American.
Dash identified herself as a white female according to court documents. She’s facing up to a year in jail.
