Rapper T-Pain is allegedly suing his former management company. He is accusing the company for illegally taking money. According to The Blast, Pain is suing the company for $1 Million.

T-Pain signed with the company, Chase Entertainment Corporation, back in 2005. The company was intended to be his personal management, and talent agent in exchange for 20{dc804b82f78e7477c471ec57756fb06852ef628cc290c2061519b5fbbd1eaa90} commission. T-Pain states that he was paying commission over the years, and he didn’t realize until recently that the company was not licensed to be an agent. “A relationship developed in which Plaintiff placed his full faith and trust” in the managers, who “promised to protect him and advise his career decisions.”

The lawsuit accuses his former manager of not paying all the expenses he was required to. He is also accusing former manager of illegally taking commissions without obtaining a talent license.

Aside from the $1M, T-Pain is also requesting to be compensated for all the money he has paid since 2005.
