This is why social media went into an uproar after a viral video showed Vado lungeing at reality star/entrepreneur Tahiry. The video was from a scene from Marriage Boot Camp and in the visual, the couple is sitting next to two each other until Vado quickly explodes and grabs Tahiry’s neck and shirt. Vado is then removed from the area.
Some people online said the situation was staged for television, but Tahiry responded via Instagram. She said that it wasn’t scripted, and there’s no amount of money that could ever make her “play” like that. She also said she’s devastated by what happened. Take a look:
“By now I know that most of you have seen the clip of tomorrow’s episode of Marriage Bootcamp. First let me say that I’m devastated that this will be shown for the world to see, but I fully understand that I have chosen to live my life (good… bad… and ugly) in front of the camera. Let me be CLEAR for all the people that are saying that this was ‘scripted’ it is NOT! As a woman that has already suffered physical abuse at the hands of a man why would I ever want to relive that? There is no check big enough for me to EVER play like that!”

Vado also addressed the disturbing video. He said, “Nobody was hit.” He also admitted that he was wrong but alluded to the idea that if you watch the show, he’s not the aggressor.
