Some more bad news for Tekashi 6ix9ine.
The rapper is now facing more legal trouble after his appearance in the Mahatan Surpreme Court on Thursday (Aug 9).
According to Page Six, he was scheduled to be sentenced to three years probation for allegedly posting a video of a 13-year-old performing oral sex on one of his friends. He reached a plea deal to avoid jail sentence if he were to not get arrested again, and writing an apology letter to the girl and the family.
That deal is now in jeopardy after being arrested twice since the initial agreement. Prosecutors are now asking the judge to sentence him to three years in prison and register as a sex offender.
He is now due back in court on October 2 to learn what his sentence could be.
In the midst of the beef between himself and YG, the Compton rapper decided to give his opinion on the matter on his own Instagram stories in which he called him a pedophile.
