Federal authorities indicted Pooh Shiesty.

As reported in the Miami Herald, the 21-year-old rapper is in federal custody and will make his first court appearance Tuesday (June 29) afternoon. He’s indicted for an alleged 2020 shooting and robbery of two men outside a Bay Harbor Islands hotel. His charges are for discharging a firearm during a violent crime, conspiracy, and robbery under a law regulating commerce.

Pooh Shiesty was charged and freed on bond over the same incident earlier this month but was sent back due to a separate charge over the alleged shooting of a security guard at the King of Diamonds strip club during Memorial Day weekend. The incident last year was over an alleged drug deal gone wrong. According to a criminal complaint, Pooh and two others, Bobby Brown and Jayden Darosa, who are also facing charges, arranged to buy weed. The trio was allegedly buying weed from two men at a “high-end” sneaker store. During the deal, Pooh Pooh and Bobby shot the two men they were buying weed from, according to the complaint. One man was shot in the hip, the other in the rear end. Everything was captured on camera.

Investigators found money inside of a McLaren Pooh rented. It was a Louis Vitton bag filled with $40,912 in cash. Days before the incident, Pooh posted a photo of himself with a rifle and a wad of money. According to the article, one of the bills in the bag had the same serial number as the one on his IG.
