Lil Baby returns with a new song, addressing the brutal killing of George Floyd, police brutality, and the ongoing Black Lives Matter protests happening across the nation.
The song begins with a ‘I Can’t Breathe’ chant from protesters.
“I find it crazy the police will shoot you and know that you dead but still tell you to freeze/Fuc*ed up I seen what I seen/I guess that mean hold him down if he say he can’t breath/It’s too many mothers that grieving/They killing us for no reason,” Baby raps. The track’s cover art features Baby wearing a shirt that reads “Black Lives Matter.”
Lil Baby also lets fans know that proceeds from the song will go to three organizations.
