Drake called Serena William’s husband, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, a groupie in his new song “Middle of the Ocean.”

The lyrics reads, “Sidebar, Serena, your husband a groupie. He claim we don’t got a problem but no, boo, it is like you comin’ for sushi.”

The song is off of the OVO rapper’s new joint album, Her Loss, with 21 Savage. The 16-track album was released Friday (Nov. 4). He also name dropped a number of other celebrities on the album including Megan Thee Stallion, Paris Hilton, and D.R.A.M.

There have long been rumors that Drake and the recently retired tennis champion dated in the past. Although they have never confirmed their relationship, TMZ Sports spotted the two kissing at a restaurant in 2015. Williams and Ohanian got married two years later.

This isn’t the first time Drake mentioned Williams in his lyrics. In his 2013 hit single “Worst Behavior” he raps, “I’m with my whole set, tennis matches at the crib. I swear I could beat Serena when she playin’ with her left.”

Fans on Twitter went crazy over Drake’s recent bars. “Drake STILL writing [about] Serena after she got married and had a child, and calling her husband a GROUPIE when he was sitting at every match of hers like a cheerleader who never even got claimed publicly is truly comical,” Userbfly wrote.

“Drake thinks Serena’s husband is a groupie because he’s never seen a man be supportive of the woman he loves in her career, that’s wild,” another Twitter user wrote.

LilSexyCommie said, “Drake used to be a Serena Williams’ groupie! I know a bitter miserable man when I see one!”

“Drake loves to get sassy with women. Serena has been married with a child for how long? A clown,” Raeanni said.
