Applying for a passport just got a bit harder for Hispanic Americans living along the border.

According to an investigation conducted by The Washington Post correspondent Kevin Sieff,  The Trump Administration are starting to question the citizenship status of many Hispanic Americans who were born in this country.

They believe and are accusing thousands of Hispanics of having and using fraudulent birth certificates. The State Department said in a statement, “it has not changed policy or practice regarding the adjudication of passport applications, the U.S.-Mexico border region happens to be an area of the country where there has been a significant incidence of citizenship fraud.”

Do you believe this? Thoughts?
