We reported YBN Almighty Jay was jumped and robbed in NYC over the weekend. The rapper suffered stab wounds to his face and body.

According to reports, the rapper was stabbed multiple times and hit in his head with a Hennessy bottle. The wounds were so bad he needed over 300 stitches for his face and body.

We are still unaware of the attackers motives. Police are investigating this incident.

Jay was released from the hospital, and dropped a video addressing this matter.
