Wakanda Forever! ‘Black Panther 2’ Coming To Theaters In 2022!

Black Panther fans should be super excited!

The sequel to the movie is set to hit theaters in 2022, according to MTV news. It will come out on May 6th. 

At an expo, Marvel president Kevin Fegie and director Ryan Coogler made the announcement. They didn’t give any additional information, but since the first one broke box office records, it’s anticipated that the second installment could do the same.

We’ve finally got word on the highly-anticipated #BlackPanther sequel! At #D23Expo, #Marvel president Kevin Feige announced the untitled sequel will hit theaters on May 6, 2022. He was joined by director #RyanCoogler, who helmed the first film and will take on our second journey to #Wakanda. The two refrained from giving us any additional information, but #ChadwickBoseman is set to return as the titular character, and we’re sure whoever his formidable opponent turns out to be— #MichaelBJordan, are you still out there?— it’ll be a wild ride.
