Wendy Williams is being transparent with fans.
She revealed she can only feel five percent of her foot, due to lymphedema, caused by a blockage in the lymphatic system. During the conversation, she showed her foot to the camera and talked about how large and swollen it is. However, Wendy is a strong individual and she’s not letting her health stop the show.
Wendy shared that although she’s retired from Television, she plans on starting a podcast. She told the publication,
“When you’re famous, podcasts will make more money for me, being famous, than doing the Wendy Williams Show.” She’s still in the planning stages, it’s not clear what network it’ll be on or things of that nature.
Wendy’s manager, Will Selby, is executive producing her upcoming podcast. Selby said Wendy recently spoke to Snoop Dogg and Fat Joe about being guests. A report says she plans on focusing on “own personal favorites from the music world.” She may also have the Kardashians on it, but nothing is confirmed or denied.
Wendy also revealed she’s open to guest hosting, that’s the only way we’ll see her on the big screen. Take a look:
Fans and celebrities showered Wendy with love. One person said, “I’m sorry Wendy, that’s really sad.” Another person wrote, “I love me some Wendy, I hope she gets well soon,” and then someone said, “I love that she still has ATTITUDE, even in her condition. Her spirit is strong.”
