Netflix has decided to explore the life of the late Aaron Hernandez in a new docuseries.
The three-part series which is titled “The Killer Inside: The Mind of Aaron Hernandez”, will focus on his career as a part of the New England Patriots to the infamous murder he was a part of to his suicide in jail.
Netflix released a statement about Hernandez stating “As a gifted young football athlete from Bristol, Connecticut, Aaron Hernandez had capitalized rapidly on his promise, playing for a top tier college program before being drafted into the National Football League at the age of 20.”

The series will air on Netflix on January 15th, 2020 and it will feature exclusive footage from inside the courtroom, interviews, and phone calls from when Hernandez was in prison. In 2017, Hernandez took his own life by hanging himself in his cell.
He was 27 years old.
