Jada Pinkett Smith and August Alsina gave the word entanglement a whole new meaning back in June.
Although it’s been a few months since Jada and August made headlines for admitting to be in a previous romantic relationship together, Jada’s daughter Willow, is speaking out about her mothers courage.
During a recent episode of RTT, Willow speaks out for the first time about Jada and her dad, Will Smith, being so open about the situation. “I want to put it on the table. I’m so proud of you. To be able to see you and Dad do that, for me, that was like, OK, that’s the real deal. That’s real love,” she said.
She continued, “like, when you can be like, ‘I’m with you. I’m going to stand by you and I’m going to hold your hand because I love you, that’s what we do,’ that’s really important.”
Jada acknowledged that speaking out about the relationship in front of the whole world was, “full blast of flaws and feeling, and just the total breakdown of any mask…”
