It was a little more hectic than usual today at the White House.
According to a report, an unidentified man set his own self on fire near the building.
The wild incident was caught on camera. In the footage, the man is seen with flames all over his body walking across the Ellipse near the Washington Mall, which is a popular tourist spot.
Within seconds the secret service arrived on the scene. Then more than 70 officers from other agencies pulled up. They used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames.
The article says that the man wore a protective suit. He suffered burns on 85 percent of his body and suffered “life-threatening” injuries.
Officials also found a suspicious package near the individual, which was also on fire, Nd they had to put it out. Authorities are investigating the situation.
