YFN Lucci has asked a judge to grant him bond so that he can take care of his four minor children and his mother.
We have reported that the 28-year-old had turned himself in to the police after a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection to the shooting death of James Adams. It was also been reported that Lucci, was the alleged driver in the drive-by shooting.
In the bond request, Lucci states that he does have any plans to flee the state and says that he is not a threat or a danger to anyone in the community and that he has never had a criminal record before.
He is currently being held at Fulton County Jail where he is facing charges including felony murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, and participation in street gang activity.
