Young Thug had some words for French Montana after French made claims that he’d beat Kendrick Lamar in battle against their hits.
French Montana and Kendrick Lamar are both great artist, and that’s undeniable- but, in a battle between the two, who’d win? French took to his social media to clear about some comments he made about Kendrick. During an interview French claims, “I mean honestly you can put somebody like Kendrick Lamar next to me on the same stage, in a festival. I might outshine him, not because I’m a better rapper, I just got more hits. Kendrick Lamar got albums..”
He later wrote via Twitter, “If we just talking anthems !! Me vs Kendrick hit for hit ! I believe I can go neck to neck !!”

Now, French Montana’s comments clearly didn’t sit well with Young Thug becuase he took to his social media to throw mad shade at French. “Stupid a*s said he got more hits than Kedrick Lamar. Fool.” He continued, “Listen bro. Get out of your feelings. I’m only speaking from an artist’s standpoint. You do not have nowhere near more hits than Kendrick Lamar whatsoever. You probably won’t ever have more hits then buddy. So get that out of your head, I don’t know what you’re taking but get that out of your head.”
