Texas Mass Shooting:
Our hearts and prayers are with the families of those who lost lives in the horrible Texas mass shooting at an elementary school on May 24. 21 people killed. Another 17 people were wounded, including three police officers. The gunman was 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, and he entered the school dressed in all black, carrying an assault rifle. A report from the associated press says the massacre lasted 40 minutes, and border patrol agents killed the gunman. This was the second deadliest school shooting in U.S. history since the Sandy Hook shooting a decade ago.
Gunna and Young Thug:
Gunna will remain behind bars after a Georgia judge refused a pre-trial release for him following his indictment. Gunna was denied bond, his trial date is set for January 2023. As far as Young Thug, a judge didn’t rule yet on him getting released on bond and will decide on June 2.
Dave Chappelle Attacker:
The man who attacked Dave Chappelle last month, 23-year-old Isiah Lee, recently had a court appearance for an attempted murder charge for allegedly stabbing his roommate back in December. He did a jailhouse interview with the N.Y. post and spoke on what prompted him to run up on Dave at the Hollywood Bowl. He said he was triggered by Dave’s transgender jokes. As a result of his attack on Dave, he’s facing four misdemeanor charges, and he pled not guilty.
Will Smith + Bad Boys?
Will Smith appeared on the Netflix interview series “My Next Guest Needs No Introduction” and said he had a vision of losing money & career before the Oscars slap. Following Oscar’s slap, several of his movies and tv shows got put on hold. Some shows like his comedy series, This Joka, claim the slap had nothing to do with stopping production. Sony Chairman, Tom Rothman denied the rumor that Bad Boy’s 4 production was put on hold and said it’s still a go.
DaniLeigh on Pregnancy Rumors:
A picture of DaniLeigh went viral a few weeks ago, and online users speculated that she’s pregnant again with another child from DaBaby. They welcomed their first child, a baby girl, last year in August, and according to Dani, there isn’t another one on the way. Dani responded, “I’m seeing I’m pregnant everywhere , no I am not … Yall coming for my lil belly pouch that’s so mean lol I’m tryna lose it ok.” She posted some sexy pictures to shut the haters up.
Mike Tyson Speaks on Unruly JetBlue Passenger:
Mike Tyson broke his silence about the unruly jet blue passenger he had to put his hands on last month. During an episode of his podcast, Hotboxin with Mike Tyson, the boxing legend said the man was provoking him. Mike said, “He was f*cking with me, man.” Mike went on to say that he shouldn’t fly commercial, and his wife agreed. She wants him to fly private.
RIP Ray Liotta:
So heartbreaking, 67-year-old actor Ray Liotta, Goodfellas star, passed away. Reports say he died in his sleep while in the Dominican Republic, shooting the film, Dangerous Waters. His cause of death hasn’t been revealed; our thoughts are with his family at this time.
