Yung Miami is heading to the big screen!
1/2 of the City Girl shared the news on social media. Yung Miami Tweeted, “Just finished my first movie. Yung Miami the actress.” She also shared more information about the movie in her Instagram Story. It appears that Lala Anthony and Jonah Hill could also be in the film.
The Jasmine Brand points out Yung Miami will be in an upcoming Netflix comedy directed by Kenya Barris. Kenya Barris and Jonah Hill wrote the project.
The publication also points out Eddie Murphy is in the film. The title or release date hasn’t been announced, but we’ll keep you updated. Check out Yung Miami’s latest single/visual for “Rap Freaks.” The single earned Yung Miami her first solo Billboard Hot 100 debut.
