50 Cent is embarking on an exciting new chapter in his expansive business journey by establishing a cutting-edge sports and entertainment venue in Shreveport, Louisiana. This announcement follows the successful leasing of a substantial film and television studio in the same city, further solidifying his commitment to the region.
On March 25, during a pivotal city council meeting, 50 Cent received the green light for his latest venture. He plans to secure a long-term lease on the Stageworks building, transforming it into a premier venue designed to host a diverse array of events, including basketball, volleyball, boxing, mixed martial arts, concerts, car exhibitions, and conventions. The agreement entails a 30-year lease, with an option for an additional 15 years, at an exceptionally modest rent of just $200 per month. In return, 50 Cent’s G-Unit Films & Television will assume responsibility for all maintenance and operational expenses.
