50 Cent shares his opinion after Gabrielle Union revealed she felt entitled to cheat on her ex-husband.
We previously reported that Gab Union opened up about her first relationship and marriage to football athlete Chris Howard. She expresses that she didn’t feel guilty about cheating on the ball player. The two were married from 2001-2006, and Gag says she would cheat on him because he cheated on her. “I was like, ‘Oh, that’s what you’re doing?’…You’re gonna feel this one.”
The actress also expresses that she felt a sense of entitlement to cheat as she was seemingly the breadwinner in the relationship. “I felt that that’s what comes, the spoils of riches…Like my dad before me, whoever has the most gets to do whatever the hell they want, is what I thought.”
She goes on to say that the relationship should of “never gotten out of the dating phase.” She explains, “ultimately, Union says her marriage to Howard was “a stupid relationship that should never have gotten out of the dating phase.” She explains, “[I was] horny for validation and having certain kinds of guys like me and want me. That made me feel like I was worthy and good and valuable and deserving.”
“I just felt entitled to it as well. I was paying all the bills, I was working my ass off and I felt like, that’s what comes with the spoils of riches. And, like my dad before me, whoever has the most gets to do whatever the hell they want, is what I thought. It was just dysfunctional from day one,” Union explains.
50 Cent weighed in on the topic- he responds, “do you think that she looks at a man, if he’s not bringing in more than her, that he should be under whatever?” he questions. “For just sayin’, I was the breadwinner, like, making more money, so now he should just go with whatever I say, until what? She goes find something she likes?” questions the rapper.
“This is really what we’re talking about, this is hoe sh*t, man. This is the mentality of someone who’s a hoe. Because [she’s] saying, ‘if you got the bigger bag, then I’ll listen. But if their bag ain’t right, I’m out.’ That’s hoe talk,” 50 continues.
