According to reports, 50 Cent is set to release new music but with a slight curveball. The mogul has not released a new project since his 2014 Animal Ambition release. Nonetheless, in a thrilling interview on Cam’ron‘s show, Talk with Flee, the rapper asserted, “I’ma make some new music.”
Despite the announcement, 50 then clarified that his new music will only consist of singles, quickly shutting down rumors of a new album. In reference to his film and TV enterprises, he stated, “I’m gonna end up putting it in some of the new projects.” The rapper released numerous singles to promote his TV shows Power and BMF, such as “Power Powder Respect,” and “Wish Me Luck.”
Snoop dogg and dr. dre’s ‘guns n smoke’ Featuring 50 cent and Eminem releasing Friday
Despite the mogul not releasing an album anytime soon, he will be in the spotlight this Friday with a new single off Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg‘s highly anticipated project Missionary. The song is titled “Guns N Smoke” and will showcase him as a feature along with Eminem. This release marks the first collab track between Dre, Snoop, 50, and Eminem.
Last year, 50 confirmed that new music will be releasing soon and that he planned on collaborating with Eminem and Dr. Dre. In a conversation with Big Boy, he said, “As soon as I said that, I got a text from Eminem] that he had already spoke to Dre, and that Dre is in there and he got some crazy stuff for me to go hear.” “This is my process: I’ll go make something, what I can find, the best music that I can put my hands on. And when I feel real good about it, I bring it to put pressure on Dre to offer me something. ‘Cause he’ll have something… He’s always had something.”
