Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyer asserts that the mogul maintains a bulk supply of baby oil, which accounts for the large quantities discovered in his possession. In a recent court appearance, Marc Agnifilio addressed the substantial amount of baby oil and lubricant reported by the New York Post. “I don’t think it was 1,000; I believe it was a lot. I mean, there’s a Costco right down the street. Americans buy in bulk, as we know,” Agnifilio stated. He further emphasized, “These are consensual adults engaging in consensual activities. We can’t adopt such a puritanical view in this country that suggests sex is inherently wrong; otherwise, there wouldn’t be any people left.”

Diddy is accused of hosting “freak offs,” events where women were allegedly coerced into engaging in drug-fueled sexual acts with men, all of which were secretly recorded. Some of these gatherings reportedly lasted for days, with victims receiving IV fluids to recover from both exertion and substance use. While Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges, his attorney, Agnifilio, expresses optimism about their defense. He remarked, “He’s just laser-focused, engaged, helpful, and confident. We are reviewing our strategy every day, and his spirits remain relatively good.” Diddy’s arrest occurred ten months after a wave of sexual assault allegations surfaced against him.

Secret deals, raids, and dark evidence

Prosecutors allege that the mogul wielded his companies and close associates to silence victims for years. They plan to establish his guilt through a trove of evidence, including bank transactions, travel records, text messages, and videos depicting the so-called “freak offs.” In March, law enforcement executed raids on Combs’ residences in Los Angeles and Florida, seizing a cache of drugs, videos, and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant. Authorities also reported confiscating firearms, notably three AR-15 rifles with altered serial numbers. If convicted on all counts, Combs could face a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison, potentially escalating to a life sentence.
