Blac Chyna is facing a lawsuit from her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, who alleges she physically assaulted him during their nearly three-year relationship – according to TMZ.
His lawsuit alleges that Hector was attacked in their Los Angeles home while he was asleep, resulting in a swollen and bloody face. Hector alleges that the abuse occurred frequently throughout their relationship, particularly when Chyna was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He claims she would try to strangle him and use household objects as weapons, including wires, furniture, cell phones, and kitchen utensils. The lawsuit portrays a disturbing pattern of violence, with Hector asserting that Chyna’s attacks were a regular part of their relationship.
“It is a shocking experience for any man to endure—being attacked by a female aggressor in a domestic violence situation, knowing they cannot fight back or defend themselves for fear of being falsely labeled as the aggressor,” Kirk Edward Schenck, Hector’s attorney, told TMZ.
Hector is seeking protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act, which applies to all genders. His attorney is hopeful his client’s domestic violence case encourage other male victims of domestic violence to speak out and seek legal protection. In addition to highlighting the issue of non-female victims of domestic abuse, the lawsuit raises the issue of societal perceptions that often silence them.
Rob Kardashian, Chyna’s baby father, was also referenced in Hector’s lawsuit with similar claims of abuse. The sought-after amount in the lawsuit remains unknown.
Blac Chyna and her team have not responded to the lawsuit yet. More as this story develops.
