Bobby Shmurda Doesn’t Listen To Rap Because It’s ‘Dangerous’ To Children

Bobby Shmurda has revealed that he doesn’t listen to rap music because it is “dangerous” to children.

“These kids are following you guys, and you’re rapping about these f**king lifestyles… and it’s very dangerous to the communities [because] these little kids [really] think that’s going on, and you didn’t even live it,” the Hoochie Daddy” rapper said during an interview with “The Danza Project” podcast.

“Rap is supposed to be telling muthaf**kas to go from negative to positive, coming from poverty to go to riches… and how to stay in that and how to change. That’s the s**t that I want to hear. I wanna hear about living life,” Bobby Shmurda continued.

The Brooklyn native also stated that he prefers listening to reggae music these days. “I don’t know nothing about no rappers… [The] only time I listen to rap is when I’m in the club,” he added. You can watch the full interview below:
