Boosie Badazz Clears Up Probation Officer Seeking To Revoke Parole

Rapper Boosie Badazz, often known as Lil Boosie, publicly disputed allegations that he violated the terms of his federal supervised release, asserting in a June 24 social media statement that his probation officer located documentation showing he properly notified authorities before traveling to Houston, Texas.

The Louisiana recording artist’s comments came amid reports that federal officials are seeking to revoke his supervised release following allegations tied to a recent Houston trip that also drew scrutiny because of an alleged assault investigation.

In a post published on X, formerly Twitter, Boosie said he spoke directly with his probation officer regarding the travel authorization issue.

“Just talked to my PO n he found the email for me to travel to Houston,” Boosie wrote. “He said it was at the bottom of the paper under the flights n he overlooked it.”

According to the rapper, the probation officer concluded that the Houston travel should not be treated as a violation of his release conditions.

“He also said he would not count this as a violation,” Boosie stated.

The artist further argued that he has consistently complied with federal supervision requirements. He said he has completed more than 50 concert appearances while under supervision and followed established procedures before each engagement.

Boosie also addressed concerns regarding drug testing. He acknowledged testing positive for marijuana when he initially began supervised release. However, he’s maintained that every subsequent screening has been negative.

“Every test after that shows that I’m drug free,” he wrote. “I get tested all the time n I’m always crystal clean.”

The rapper defended his overall record while on supervision, citing completed community service and ongoing compliance efforts. He also praised his probation officer, describing the official as fair throughout the process.

“MY probation officer has been fair to me throughout this process,” Boosie wrote. “It’s the people over him who have problems with me.”

Boosie additionally referenced a separate pending matter connected to the Houston incident. He states that he and his attorneys are working to secure a dismissal.

Boosie Badazz recently released a new album and announced several film releases.
