Cardi B is holding back on releasing the video for her BIA diss track “Pretty & Petty,” saying she doesn’t want to come off as a bully. During a recent livestream with fans, the Bronx rapper explained that she’s being considerate of the pressure that comes with dropping an album. BIA just released her new project Bianca on Friday, October 10th, and Cardi, who dropped Am I The Drama? in September, said she didn’t want to add to that stress.

“I know how stressful it is to put an album out and I know how f***ed up you be in the mind when you put an album out and s**t,” Cardi told her viewers. “So I feel like if I do a video to ‘Pretty & Petty as F**k’ this week or today, I feel like I would be bullying. I don’t wanna feel like a bully. Because when I bully, then God takes from me.”

She added that she’s choosing to let BIA have her release day in peace. “If the b***h ain’t messing with me and she didn’t sub me in her f**king dusty a** album, I’m not gonna do a video… on a day that I know she’s stressed,” Cardi said. “Because then God will punish me… I’mma be nice to you because it’s your album day. I don’t wanna add to your stress. I’m not that bad person that people think I am.”

Cardi’s comments come shortly after she responded to BIA’s interview with Hot 97, where BIA claimed their tension began when fans compared her Really Her project to Cardi’s “Enough (Miami).” Cardi later fired back on X Spaces, saying, “You’re not interesting enough for me to look at you. You’re not creative, your music is boring, everything about you is boring.”
